Scott and Zoe asked The Andymann to build their extension after completing stage one for them. An architect designed home using modern materials to be built on a sloping block presented its own challenges. With much consultation and input from the clients we have completed their dream holiday house. Nice clean lines and beautiful views of the Wilsons Prom and Waratah Bay.  This client required a little more in their outdoor area as well as a little bit of a wind break. After some discussion we suggested some ideas and finished on a merbau seating area with a great fire pit, planter box to the side thus creating the wind break. We finished it with render and painted the same as the existing. After completing we added an exposed aggregate pathway with drainage to the back side.  |
