The outdoor area here in Wattlebank was not quite getting the use that it could have due to wind. After some discussion with the clients, the solution was to close off the area with windows. We used a commercial frame with fixed glass. We also added a bifold servery to one end with a Hardwood bar. In addition to these we fitted a full outdoor entertaining kitchen and appliances including commercial rangehood to remove any BBQ fumes. To finish, the area was tiled with 450x450 tiles.

At this Inverloch property we installed a spa for our client after arranging all the necessary permits and plans. The spa was dropped into the deck onto a concrete slab to make it easier to get in and out of. Once installed we constructed the pool fence around the spa.

We were engaged to carry out a bathroom renovation on this inverloch property. We took this one to the next level with the help of the client. With a fantastic brief to work with we created drawings for the client to be approved. The bathroom consists of remodeling the existing, bringing in a freestanding bath, walk in shower, undertile heating, 2 x heated towel rails, shaving cabinet and mood lighting. Some cleaver choices were made with the tapware lighting and also positioning of powerpoints. The result was fantastic with a very happy client who was a dream to work for. How is this great entertaining area? This house was just finished when we tiled under the veranda with timber look tiles. Once this was completed, we went on to create an amazing space outside. Silver gum Mod wood was used for the decking and cypress pine posts these products will last many years with very little maintenance. The area was set down to ground level to match the tiling and give a nice line into the rear yard.

We have come to the end of another great project, what a transformation. This deck was old and tired. Once the pool was completed it was out of place. We demolished the old deck and totally rebuilt it, at the same time extending and making it more usable. The client in Inverloch choose 90 x 22 Silver top Ash. This is a great timber for decks and is an Australian hardwood. One benefit of this timber choice is that it does not leech the unsightly red tannins that you get from Merbau. We screwed the timber down with stainless screws. Once complete we have oiled it with 2 coats of Intergrain Natural timber oil. We prefer natural oils as they look great and are easy to re-apply. A mans shed can be everything to him, this one was a one off. Specifically designed to fit into a small odd shaped area for Dan an Erin in Inverloch. Its more than a simple shed, it is built to match the existing property, plastered and painted inside. It is now a great space for storage, tinkering or what ever you can think off. They were struggling to find someone whom was interested to build for them. Once completed it was a great result.
