Wow how good does this outdoor area look. It was transformed. We used colour bond Matt Standing seam. The BBQ area was concrete rendered and lined with spotted gum lining boards for an awesome finish. Then fitted with built in BBQ and outdoor fridge. The outdoor area here in Wattlebank was not quite getting the use that it could have due to wind. After some discussion with the clients, the solution was to close off the area with windows. We used a commercial frame with fixed glass. We also added a bifold servery to one end with a Hardwood bar. In addition to these we fitted a full outdoor entertaining kitchen and appliances including commercial rangehood to remove any BBQ fumes. To finish, the area was tiled with 450x450 tiles. Check out the video below Are you thinking about a new deck for summer! Have a look here at this recently completed deck in Inverloch. We used 138mm Silvertop Ash to create this amazing elevated deck looking out onto the Inlet.
We were engaged to carry out a bathroom renovation on this inverloch property. We took this one to the next level with the help of the client. With a fantastic brief to work with we created drawings for the client to be approved. The bathroom consists of remodeling the existing, bringing in a freestanding bath, walk in shower, undertile heating, 2 x heated towel rails, shaving cabinet and mood lighting. Some cleaver choices were made with the tapware lighting and also positioning of powerpoints. The result was fantastic with a very happy client who was a dream to work for. Take the time to look thru the photos and video testimonial.
How is this great entertaining area? This house was just finished when we tiled under the veranda with timber look tiles. Once this was completed, we went on to create an amazing space outside. Silver gum Mod wood was used for the decking and cypress pine posts these products will last many years with very little maintenance. The area was set down to ground level to match the tiling and give a nice line into the rear yard.
We were asked by James and Shana to renovate there Inverloch home. With consideration for what was already existing and working with plans that they had already drawn. We made some changes to suit the families needs. From a small bathroom and living space we opened up the front of the property and created a much more livable space. The living area now opens into the kitchen, a separate laundry off the kitchen. A new bathroom, complete with under tile heating and heated towel rail. We also installed a back door thru the laundry and two new aluminum windows. Final result was wow!
Thanks guys it was a pleasure working for you. Here we have another example of the best in maintenance free decking. We built this deck at this recently completed Inverloch property. The owner wanted no fuss, no maintenance. We have used 88mm mod wood in Silver gum what a great finish. All screwed down with stainless steel screws. A great outdoor area to complement the home. No need to worry about staining the deck every year.
