​After some planning and discussions with the client we drafted some drawings to form the basis of this little renovation. Taking in a new bathroom, new aluminum double glazed windows, demolishing an existing steel garage to enable the installation of new water tanks then rebuilding on a new slab in keeping with the existing residence with laundry. The existing residence had the asbestos removed from inside the bathroom, sunroom and exterior wall which was re-clad in Axon smooth once the windows were installed. The existing bathroom and toilet have been separated remodeled with striking tiles, spotted gum vanity, mirror, and black tapware. A new deck was added with bluestone paving pathways, veggie boxes and retaining walls to finish off after the removal of the asbestos outbuilding.

Wow! The andymann team created an awesome transformation here in Wonthaggi. We renovated this entire bathroom, laundry and hallway. We added a toilet and bath, fitted new windows, painted and the list goes on. We took it back to bare bones removing the asbestos sheeting and lino, upgraded all the plumbing then taking the bathroom right through until completion. We look after your renovation from design right through until completion.

Scott and Zoe asked The Andymann to build their extension after completing stage one for them. An architect designed home using modern materials to be built on a sloping block presented  its own challenges. With much consultation and input from the clients we have completed their dream holiday house. Nice clean lines and beautiful views of the Wilsons Prom and Waratah Bay.

We were engaged to carry out a bathroom renovation on this inverloch property. We took this one to the next level with the help of the client. With a fantastic brief to work with we created drawings for the client to be approved. The bathroom consists of remodeling the existing, bringing in a freestanding bath, walk in shower, undertile heating, 2 x heated towel rails, shaving cabinet and mood lighting. Some cleaver choices were made with the tapware lighting and also positioning of powerpoints. The result was fantastic with a very happy client who was a dream to work for.  We turned the clients dream into reality at this Venus Bay property. There was a lot to do here, move hot water systems, pumps add new walls, screens etc. All a breeze for our team.  Another happy client. 

We were asked by James and Shana to renovate there Inverloch home. With consideration for what was already existing and working with plans that they had already drawn. We made some changes to suit the families needs. From a small bathroom and living space we opened up the front of the property and created a much more livable space. The living area now opens into the kitchen, a separate laundry off the kitchen. A new bathroom, complete with under tile heating and heated towel rail. We also installed a back door thru the laundry and two new aluminum windows. Final result was wow!

We opened this bathroom in Inverloch right up. The bath was removed to create as it was not required. We then moved a wall to create further space. After moving the plumbing and electrical were plastered the whole room. We tiled the shower and vanity walls as well as tiling right through into the laundry and toilet. With the addition of a new toilet and laundry trough the whole space has been transformed.

A mans shed can be everything to him, this one was a one off. Specifically designed to fit into a small odd shaped area for Dan an Erin in Inverloch. Its more than a simple shed, it is built to match the existing property, plastered and painted inside. It is now a great space for storage, tinkering or what ever you can think off. They were struggling to find someone whom was interested to build for them. Once completed it was a great result.
