How is this great entertaining area? This house was just finished when we tiled under the veranda with timber look tiles. Once this was completed, we went on to create an amazing space outside. Silver gum Mod wood was used for the decking and cypress pine posts these products will last many years with very little maintenance. The area was set down to ground level to match the tiling and give a nice line into the rear yard.

Here we have another example of the best in maintenance free decking. We built this deck at this recently completed Inverloch property. The owner wanted no fuss, no maintenance. We have used 88mm mod wood in Silver gum what a great finish. All screwed down with stainless steel screws. A great outdoor area to complement the home.
