At this Inverloch property we installed a spa for our client after arranging all the necessary permits and plans. The spa was dropped into the deck onto a concrete slab to make it easier to get in and out of. Once installed we constructed the pool fence around the spa. We added a new merbau deck at this Inverloch property to complement the existing outdoor area. Once the deck was complete we removed all the existing aluminum pool fence and replaced it it with a new frame less glass fence with two access points. What a great transformation?
We caught up with John and Sharon from Inverloch to discuss installing a new spa in their outdoor area. After our initial discussions, we decided that the best outcome would be to drop the spa into the deck, this would enable easy access to the spa, as you could sit on the edge to get in.
Once the spa was delivered we marked out the position in the deck, cut and reinforced the deck. We poured a concrete slab for the spa ti sit on and placed the spa into position. We then installed a glass and aluminum pool fence around the spa which looks very smart. The Andymann team were up to the task, we completed the installation without fuss in less than a week including permits and inspection for the fence. Wow! The Andymann has been busy here. Trevor and Michelle from Inverloch first got in touch with us because they were struggling to find someone to carry out the work for them, too many people looked, promised and never returned.
