We added a new merbau deck at this Inverloch property to complement the existing outdoor area. Once the deck was complete we removed all the existing aluminum pool fence and replaced it it with a new frame less glass fence with two access points. What a great transformation?  In desperate need of repair this garage was leaking badly, the damage to the rendered wall above the garage door was pretty bad. The rendered facade was stripped back to the frame. We found substantial water damage to the framework. After repairing the framework we fitted new building wrap. Once it was all sealed up we clad it with new HardieTex weather boards, sealed and painted. It now looks as good as new.  |
