This fire place was installed way to low. The owners were having difficulty bending down to put the wood in. Luckily they still had some tiles left over. We were able to lift the heater to a more usable position. The new ledge was framed then tiled. We then re installed the heater. As you can see you would never know it was moved from its original position.
We have come to the end of another great project, what a transformation. This deck was old and tired. Once the pool was completed it was out of place. We demolished the old deck and totally rebuilt it, at the same time extending and making it more usable. The client in Inverloch choose 90 x 22 Silver top Ash. This is a great timber for decks and is an Australian hardwood. One benefit of this timber choice is that it does not leech the unsightly red tannins that you get from Merbau. We screwed the timber down with stainless screws. Once complete we have oiled it with 2 coats of Intergrain Natural timber oil. We prefer natural oils as they look great and are easy to re-apply. If you need a new deck or pool fence ready for summer give us a call.
We opened this bathroom in Inverloch right up. The bath was removed to create as it was not required. We then moved a wall to create further space. After moving the plumbing and electrical were plastered the whole room. We tiled the shower and vanity walls as well as tiling right through into the laundry and toilet. With the addition of a new toilet and laundry trough the whole space has been transformed.
Need a gate! give us a call. We can custom make your gate to suit your requirements. Side gates, front gates we do it all. All our gates are made with Galvanized tube and a cladding of your choice.
A mans shed can be everything to him, this one was a one off. Specifically designed to fit into a small odd shaped area for Dan an Erin in Inverloch. Its more than a simple shed, it is built to match the existing property, plastered and painted inside. It is now a great space for storage, tinkering or what ever you can think off. They were struggling to find someone whom was interested to build for them. Once completed it was a great result.
We caught up with John and Sharon from Inverloch to discuss installing a new spa in their outdoor area. After our initial discussions, we decided that the best outcome would be to drop the spa into the deck, this would enable easy access to the spa, as you could sit on the edge to get in.
Once the spa was delivered we marked out the position in the deck, cut and reinforced the deck. We poured a concrete slab for the spa ti sit on and placed the spa into position. We then installed a glass and aluminum pool fence around the spa which looks very smart. The Andymann team were up to the task, we completed the installation without fuss in less than a week including permits and inspection for the fence.
Brian and Nola had a very tired deck and a retaining wall that were in need of replacement. We started by removing the existing structure. A new retaining wall was built to smarten up the garden. The deck required a total rebuild.
We love a challenge, and here the Andymann team was asked to build a new deck between two existing decks both at different levels. The closest timber match was treated pine to blend with the existing decking. We added a step the full length of the deck to give it that all important street appeal.
