Are you thinking about a new deck for summer! Have a look here at this recently completed deck in Inverloch. We used 138mm Silvertop Ash to create this amazing elevated deck looking out onto the Inlet.
We were engaged to carry out a bathroom renovation on this inverloch property. We took this one to the next level with the help of the client. With a fantastic brief to work with we created drawings for the client to be approved. The bathroom consists of remodeling the existing, bringing in a freestanding bath, walk in shower, undertile heating, 2 x heated towel rails, shaving cabinet and mood lighting. Some cleaver choices were made with the tapware lighting and also positioning of powerpoints. The result was fantastic with a very happy client who was a dream to work for. Take the time to look thru the photos and video testimonial.
How is this great entertaining area? This house was just finished when we tiled under the veranda with timber look tiles. Once this was completed, we went on to create an amazing space outside. Silver gum Mod wood was used for the decking and cypress pine posts these products will last many years with very little maintenance. The area was set down to ground level to match the tiling and give a nice line into the rear yard.
We added a new merbau deck at this Inverloch property to complement the existing outdoor area. Once the deck was complete we removed all the existing aluminum pool fence and replaced it it with a new frame less glass fence with two access points. What a great transformation?
In desperate need of repair this garage was leaking badly, the damage to the rendered wall above the garage door was pretty bad. The rendered facade was stripped back to the frame. We found substantial water damage to the framework. After repairing the framework we fitted new building wrap. Once it was all sealed up we clad it with new HardieTex weather boards, sealed and painted. It now looks as good as new.
