Maintenance Free Decking In Inverloch

Brian and Nola had a very tired deck and a retaining wall that were in need of replacement. We started by removing the existing structure. A new retaining wall was built to smarten up the garden. The deck required a total rebuild.

New stumps bearers and joists. Brian and Nola were looking for a deck that would require no maintenance, we suggested Mod wood. Mod wood is a composite decking substrate that requires no maintenance other than a wash down, it looks fantastic, the boards don’t cup and split over time like natural timber. 

The deck was completed with a new shade sail in place on galvanized steel posts. They now have an outdoor area to be proud of.
